Calling All Fashionistas

We all know that fashion makes international news. Just look at the photo spreads generated by the catwalks of Paris, New York and Milan. But one of the biggest political stories of the last 24 hours is about how much the Republican Party paid for Sarah Palin's new wardrobe. The New York Times reports this morning on its website that the Republican National Committee dropped about US$150,000 at luxury stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. The editor in chief of Glamour says she could have done it for lots less. Expect more political fallout.

Additional fashion coverage at politico.com , an American political journalism organization that usually leaves such slide shows to Glamour and Vogue.

Fashion note: Will the Carrie Bradshaw crowd flock to Cole Haan boots even if the ladies vote for Obama? Check out the prices -- around US$600 -- online at Zappo's. Wonder what Joe the Plumber would say if he had to foot just the boot bill.

Knowledge and education comes first not with the way people dress. Even though, we can judge people from the way their dressed but still we can test their attitude other than looking at what their wearing... I like this article Dr. J :)

I think what's interesting also is how they are comparing Michelle Obama and Sarah Palin's wardrobes by citing that Michelle Obama even wore a dress from H&M while Palin wore more designer clothes by designers like Valentino. I've noticed that they have also been criticizing how much she's spent on hair and make-up but at the same time I think she's entitled to do so but not in an extreme way. I also liked an article in iht where they were saying that Palin was more popular with men which I thought was really funny. http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/10/19/america/palin.php

Palin bad decisions seems to be coming fast and furious!

I heard she also spend a lot of money on constructing Alaska's airport that resulted in cut downs on other important funds, such as the police department.

I can feel the fake expression in her face .. lo0o0o0l funny it remind me of that movie called awake .. the aim of the movie is that how people can be fooled by words and forgot to look at other people feature while they are talking where they can found 99% of the truth
