I see it is true that the world of 2014 begin in the mid of 20th century. This is the future of journalism because newsmasters will be the key news directors and producers of the future. They will be able to connect, filter information for every media-consumer on the planet, using a single source of media content that contains everything that anyone could possibly ever want to know about.
the creation of Amazon,Google, e-bloogers all of them change the future of the journalism.
Epic coined the word "Googlezon" from a future merger of Google and Amazon to form the Google grid, and speaks of news wars with the Times becoming a print only paper for the elite culminating in EPIC Evolving Personalised Information Construct
I see that googlezon is a good thing.

I like Fatima's expression "newsmasters," because it sounds scary. We used to take about "newsmakers." Who's doing the filtering of our news and is it a good thing to have "every media-consumer on the plant, using a single source of media content"? That sounds scary to me, too.

i think its a huge development which we are dealing with now. having news online 24/4 after having them printed is a huge jump in the journalism field. people are receiving news nowadays from everywhere and its updated and on time, which is not like before. adding to that, blogs are giving the people the opportunity to express their feelings and comment about what is going on in the world and some people are using blogs to post the latest news as the news agencies and they have followers who might after a while stop visiting the newspaper website and keep following the blog where he still can get news and even comment about it.

Moreover, the social networks which is used nowadays by everyone like twitter and facebook is another place where people know about everything and even vote for governmental issues as when Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed asked people to vote for the schools.

I think the journalism is now developed alot and it became more than newspapers only. now we can get our news from many places and what google did helped people alot and make it easier especially with the Google Fast Flip and EPIC
